This article outlines how to run a single company risk assessment using the automated data sourcing
There are two ways to run a single company risk assessment using our automated data sourcing:
Company Name (Basic Search)
To find a company using our search feature simply:
- Select 'Single Company' from the left hand panel
- Select the 'Country' where the company is located from the drop down
- Type the name (or part of the name) of the company into the search box and select 'Search' (note: for UK companies the search box will automatically search results as you type)
The default selection criteria when running the basic search are:
(these can be amended by running an advanced search)
- Account Type = Recent accounts
(being the most recent accounts available) - Currency = Local currency for the country where the company is located
(UK - GBP; Ireland - EUR; Spain - EUR, etc.)
Company Registration Number (Advanced Search)
To find a company using the company registration and advanced search features simply:
- Select 'Single Company' from the left hand panel
- Select the 'Country' where the company is located from the drop down
- Type the 'Company Registration' (this could be the identification or serial number)
- Choose the type of accounts you wish to retrieve
(default is the most 'Recent accounts' available)- Recent Accounts (most recent accounts available)
- No Limited Financials (do not consider accounts with limited financial data if both limited and detailed financial accounts are available)
- Consolidated (consolidated accounts)
- Local Registry (local registry filings)
- Unconsolidated (unconsolidated accounts)
- Annual Report (annual reports)
- No Recent Financials (do not consider accounts with no recent financial data as a preferred choice if other accounts are available)
- Choose the currency you would like the financial information to be retrieved in
(default is the local currency for the country where the company is located) - Select 'Generate Report'
