This article outlines the process for adding a new user under your organisational structure in the platform
Note: To create new users under you organisational structure in the platform, you will need to have 'Admin' access. To check if you have 'Admin' access you should see 'Organisation' in the left hand panel of the platform.
If you are not an 'Admin' (i.e. you can't see the organisation option in the left hand panel) you can request to become one by contacting support@wiserfunding.com.
Below are the steps to create a new user under your organisational structure:
- Select 'Organisation' from the left hand panel
- Select 'Add user'
- Enter the users:
- 'Full Name' (i.e. Joe Bloggs);
- 'Email' from your organisation (i.e. joe.bloggs@example.com)
(note this will be the users unique identifier) - 'Password' (please choose a password for the user noting the requirements below)
- Then choose whether the individual will be
- 'User': Individual can use all functionality in the platform as normal
- 'Admin': Individual can use all functionality in the platform as normal, but can also create new users, deactivate users and view all reports run by users in the organisational structure
- Select 'Add new user' to save the user to your organisational structure
The new user can now log in using the standard single sign-on (SSO) or using the email and password set above.
Password requirements:
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 special character
- At least 1 number
- Between 8 and 32 characters long
