This article outlines how to view or export any risk assessment reports previously run
Viewing a report
There are a few ways to view the reports that have already been run:
- By selecting 'Reports' from the left hand panel
(this will show all reports and bookmarked reports for your user) - For batch runs you can select 'Multiple Companies' from the left hand panel
(this will show you any batch runs completed - selecting a particular batch will display all individual reports contained within the batch) - To see reports run by other users in your organisational structure, select 'Organisation' from the left hand panel and select the applicable user to view their reports
(note: you will need to be an 'admin' of your organisational structure to view other users reports - to be set up as an admin for your organisation please contact your existing admin user or contact us at support@wiserfunding.com)
Once you have identified which report you would like to review, simply select the company name and the report will be presented
(note: all metrics / values contained within the report are based on the date the report was run)
Exporting a report
Once you are viewing a report, you can either export the report to PDF or CSV. Simply select the appropriate button in the bottom left ('Export PDF' | 'Export CSV') to export the report into the desired format which can be saved to your machine or network.
Exporting a batch
After a batch has been processed, you can export the entire batch to a single CSV. After selecting the batch you wish to export, your can export the batch to CSV by selecting it under the 'Download Reports' section at the top of the page.
At present we do not export the entire batch to PDF.
